Geraldine has a BA degree in Sociology and History from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, a Masters degree in Business Communications from Emerson College in Boston, and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Animation from City of Dublin VEC, Ireland. She’s undertaken jewellery courses with some well-known jewellery designers in Ireland, England and the USA, but is predominantly self-taught.

 In 2006 Geraldine was commissioned to design a piece as a gift for Irish President Mary McAleese and she was the only Irish designer invited by the London Museum of Fashion and Textiles to exhibit her jewellery in their shop for the duration of their Undercover exhibition which was opened by Elle McPherson and Zandra Rhodes in 2009.

Also in 2009, Geraldine’s design for Saba ‘Brendan’s Voyage’ won the Essence of Ireland Award at Showcase International Tradeshow, Dublin.
